Young people learn key skills such as networking, public speaking and team working all whilst getting more involved in their local community!
We can’t wait to work with more young people in the area this year and help them become better versions of themselves!
2022 saw the start of our exciting new programme, The Earls Court Future Programme (ECFP). Working with @earlscourtdevco, ECFP is designed to develop key employability skills in young people aged 15-21 in the boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea.
Must be aged 16-21 AND living, working, or studying in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Multiple entries are allowed.
Five winners will be chosen at random using an online generator and based on the number assigned to each comment (number 1 = comment 1 etc.)
Winners will be announced at the final workshop on the 15th of February 2023.

When asked what they enjoyed about the workshops, respondents said:

From 4th August to 8th September, 2-3 Degrees ran the programme's pilot phase to an average of 20 young people per session. Young people had access to a great range of guest speakers, including staff from @TfL and the Earls Court International Film Festival (@CarolineTod1)
The programme will give young people (15-25) in Hammersmith & Fulham or Kensington & Chelsea the opportunity to voice their opinions on the future of the Earls Court site alongside engaging in our engaging personal development and employability workshops!
2-3 Degrees are incredibly excited for the second cohort of the Earls Court Future Programme that we are delivering in partnership with @earlscourtdevco (ECDC)!
As an organisation, we have supported over 6000+ young people to grow and develop through the provision of engagement workshops, social action projects, online programmes, and resources, we hope to inspire and encourage young people to think broader and wider about their careers.
By delivering fun, engaging and dynamic workshops and programmes we help young people become the best version of themselves.
We are a social enterprise that aims to inspire and equip young people who are often overlooked in the education system due to not being seen as either exceptional or struggling, with the personal development skills needed to fulfil their potential.
