In Berlin, a man was knocked to the ground and brutally assaulted simply because he was Jewish.
We wish him a swift recovery and thank the police for investigating this abhorrent act of antisemitic violence.
Jews in Germany have the right to live free from fear and violence. The German government and law enforcement must do everything in their power to protect Jewish communities and ensure that this right is upheld.

Tonight, @Ilhan and state Sen. Omar Fateh are hosting Hasan Piker, a streamer with a long record of antisemitic rhetoric.
Thank you to @SenAmyKlobuchar, @RepAngieCraig, @BettyMcCollum04, and @KellyMorrisonMN , State Democratic Party Chair @richardcarlbom, and many other Minnesota elected officials for refusing to look away.
Piker has justified the October 7 attacks and targeted Jews. He should not be platformed.
Every Democratic Party leader and candidate should say so. Silence is a choice.

We are horrified by the racially-motivated terror attack that occurred outside of Paris on Friday that left one person dead and five more wounded.
We mourn 26-year-old Pengo Bossio Wangi, who was murdered in the attack. Our thoughts go out to the victims and their families.
No one should be targeted because of their origin, skin color, or religion.

The United States can invest in our communities, tackle the cost of living, and stand by a strategic partner that advances our own interests. These are not competing priorities.
Campaign season does not excuse the use of misleading—and harmful—claims. Voters in Michigan and across the country deserve better.

Through years of regional tensions and conflict, this vital relationship has endured, grounded in common interests, a recognition that the security and well-being of both peoples is advanced by cooperation in multiple sectors. AJC applauds the wise leaders who have maintained this mutually beneficial commitment.

A just and lasting peace in Ukraine must protect its sovereignty and ensure Russia cannot invade another country.
AJC Chief Policy and Political Affairs Officer Jason Isaacson discusses ongoing peace efforts, U.S.-led negotiations, and the importance of continued Western support in standing with Ukraine.
In a historic meeting at the Vatican, @AJCCEO Ted Deutch and AJC leaders met with Pope Leo XIV, who reaffirmed his commitment to combating antisemitism and strengthening Jewish-Catholic relations.
As antisemitism and anti-Israel hatred rise around the world, AJC will continue working with Catholic leaders to turn this shared commitment into meaningful action and strengthen the bonds between our communities.

We are horrified by the terrorist attack at Hamoud Church in Karak, Jordan, this morning, in which six were killed and 28 injured.
We condemn this attack unequivocally and stand with our partners in Jordan and Jordan’s Christian community.
Our thoughts are with the victims, their families, and all those affected. We pray for the swift recovery of the injured and arrest of the perpetrators.
We forcefully condemn the terrorist attack, which was allegedly linked to Hamas, against an IDF position outside Hebron in the West Bank.
Two Israeli soldiers were killed and three others wounded in the attack. Our thoughts are with the families of the fallen soldiers, and we wish the wounded soldiers a full and speedy recovery.
We are grateful to the IDF for its swift action in stopping the terrorists and preventing an even larger attack.
We stand with Israel against terrorism. May the memories of the fallen soldiers be a blessing.
