Great to visit @avivaplc in York today ,they asked me to go up and talk about my experiences with Anxiety,Mental Health and Addiction (and also a bit of footy) to encourage their Employees to talk and ask for help if they are struggling which I think shows how much they care ,remember everyone that attended in person and live on the internet up and down the country my DM’s are open if you need a little help 👍
