@DrRiyazShah: is long-term in SCLC achievable?
Answer: ✅
Have we achieved it yet? ❌
LS-SCLC:
3yr OS = ~56%
?long-term survival with longer follow up
ES-SCLC:
Up to 22% 4yr survival (ASTRUM)
11% 7yr survival (Imbrella-A)
🔺Can’t predict at start of treatment who will be long-term survivor
❓Will T-cell engagers give even longer survival

Tom Combellack: What is resectable in SCLC?
🔸 Uncommon, but important to remember
❌ Sub-lobar resection not recommended
✅ Adjuvant chemotherapy is recommended
✅ CRT if R1/R2 and/or N2 disease
❓PCI question very pertinent given MAVERICK data & ongoing PRIMALUNG
Caveats:
⚠️ Retrospective data, with selection bias
