With just 8 days until Election Day, I made it a point to be here in Carlisle County. I never want the people of our river counties to feel forgotten or overlooked. What makes this part of Kentucky special isn’t how close you are to a Walmart or McDonald’s. It’s the people. It’s knowing your neighbors, looking out for one another, and having a community that feels like family. That’s what makes the river counties so special, and that’s what makes them worth fighting for.
