Thank you @simon_reeve for highlighting a small number of the benefits of Forest School. Come and see how it's done closer to home, and warmer!

Good evening #OutdoorEdChat
Here's hoping it's been a goodun for you...
space to call home.
This comes with its own challenges and exciting opportunities -
opening up new possibilities for
☘️social prescription and forest therapies,
🌻developing and increasing our holiday provision,
⛺️offering wild camping experiences
🌱providing free places for holiday provision grants for low income households

As always, we are incredibly grateful for your support, recommendation and patronage. It is because of generosity with these things, that Bluebell Bushcraft has been able to grow to the company it is today.
However, the nature of these small spaces means that, to keep them as eco-systems, they need to be protected from over use.
We are now at a point where, to continue our work with over 900 children a year, we are searching for a new, larger & more permanent...
🌳The Search for a New Woodland🌳
At Bluebell Bushcraft, we've been incredibly lucky with the various sites in which we've operated. From Terra Amata farm in West Chiltington, where it all started, via St Andrews Farm in Billingshurst, to our current location at Lewards Copse.

Hey #OutdoorEdChat...late to the party I know, but has anyone considered crowdfunding for their own woodland/site? I know as a CIC there's access to grants etc, but as a sole trader?
My current site is due for felling and I'm considering options.
