I seem to have upset the @SuellaBraverman fan club - so let me be clear.
This women sows hate, lies and division. She is wrong.
She does not represent the vast majority of Britons.
RT if you agree
P.s. multiculturalism is great.

A really wonderful night as @SpursOfficial unveiled their re-vamped Hall of Fame. A real privilege to be a part of this evening and to see one of my favourite people. Beautiful. 💙⚽️ @Cliff_Jones11

It's clear from all the recent data that 25% of urban/village road casualties can be eliminated by correcting one simple human error!
That error is maintaining a 30mph limit for most urban/village roads.
The Safe System approach will change this to a survivable limit of 20mph.

Can I get a few reposts for this. Very hard to get publicity for books when you aren’t famous
⚽️ The Smell of Football books TWO and THREE from the legendary trilogy by the brilliant @MickRathbone the former Birmingham City, Blackburn Rovers and Halifax Town player turned physio.
2️⃣ Book two of three is the searingly honest and unputdownable sequel to the award-winning The Smell of Football. In this engrossing and moving but often hilarious memoir, Mick ‘Baz’ Rathbone picks up from where his acclaimed debut tome left off.

🏟️ There are great stories of the likes of David Moyes, Sir Alex Ferguson, Sir Bobby Charlton and the late, great Ray Clemence.
3️⃣ In the third book, Mick concludes his riveting football trilogy with a 100-day diary starting in the early 2024/25 season.

📚 This book shows just how much the players and officials really do care and just how painful and emotionally draining defeat is. It is an honest account that brings to life the day-to-day running of a professional football club.

My ebike is as good as a disability vehicle for transport due to osteoarthritis in my knees. Given we're encouraged to ditch our cars, keep fit, use public transport, this is an unbelievable ill thought out policy thrown into the room by someone who is just seeking personal gain!

Best wishes to John Gorman who celebrates his 77th birthday today.
John made 32 appearances between 1976 and 1979 and returned in 2001 as assistant manager to @GlennHoddle until 2003.
Have a great day John.

JOHN WHITE 🏴
Nicknamed "The Ghost" due to his ability to drift into attacking spaces completely undetected by opposition defenders. Tragically, White was killed by a lightning strike in July 1964 at just 27 years old.
Born in Musselburgh, Scotland, he began his senior career with Alloa Athletic before moving to Falkirk in 1958. Transferred to Spurs in 1959 for £20,000, going on to make 233 appearances and scoring 53 goals.
22 caps for the Scotland National Team, scoring 3 goals

Crank Bob had a great cycling holiday across the Orkneys including the Mainland, Rousay & Hoy
Good roads, almost traffic-free and lots of neolithic sites all makes for great cycling, 80+ miles
Is this the furthest north that an LVAD patient has cycled in the British Isles?
Go Bob
