Haven’t done anything with @CLRITI for a few weeks due to busy work commitment. Didn’t expect much but user growth is happening organically.

Every vibe coded product April fools, “we’ve been acquired”. Fools can dream ;)

The fastest teams I've worked with weren't fast because they moved quickly. They were fast because they spent almost no time debating what to build next. Clarity is a speed multiplier. Most teams are optimising the wrong thing.

Here's a tax that nobody talks about: The hours a PM/founders spends rebuilding the same roadmap for different audiences. Same strategy. Exec version. Engineering version. Sales version. Board version. Conservatively? 4-6 hours a week. That's a month a year of reformatting the same information.

We could integrate or we could built out task management so that engineerings could utilise also. End to end from strategy to production?
Made some UI/UX updates. We've integrated Notion. What other integrations would you like? Jira??

A roadmap isn't just a plan. It's a trust document. When your team can see where you're going and understand why, they make better decisions without asking you. When they can't, every decision lands on your desk.

Early in my career I spent multiple weeks crafting the perfect roadmaps. Colour coded. Beautifully laid out. Every quarter planned to the sprint. Presented it to the exec team. Got nodding heads. Two weeks later, engineering was building something completely different. The roadmap wasn't the problem. The conversation was.

There always that one idea you think ‘that one has the potential to go to the moon’ @thisisunhinged is my bet. It’s genuinely freaked me out and shocked me. I think people will be WTF.

New project in coming - @thisisunhinged. Having so much fun building. This one is going to be fun and shocking 😮 First project @vibingradar was first bit of fun. No revenue but not pushed it. But feel free to post you project on it. @CLRITI is growing in users and 9 days old. Will push next week. #buildinginpublic

“We need to do everything." Every founder. Every product lead. Every quarter. No you don't. You need to do the three things that move the metric that matters most right now. Everything else is noise. The hard part is having the conviction to say so out loud.

The roadmap you show your board should not be the roadmap you show your engineers. One needs themes and outcomes. The other needs clarity and sequence. Showing engineers a strategic vision deck wastes 45 minutes. Showing execs a sprint backlog loses them at slide 2. Know your room.

9 til 5 = ☑️ now for the vibe shift. Day7 building in public - a few more users but main focus has been bugs and smooth UX. This evening will be building out marketing plan and out reach. 🚀 @CLRITI

Buying AI credits feels like the old school mobile download plans. When do the unlimited plans kick in with the hardware provided? Like MacBook mini lol 😂

Day 6 #buildinginpublic only one new user today but were working on a new onboarding flow where you only need to put your URL in and it builds the strategy, themes, features giving you multi roadmap views for different stakeholders. Ideal for fresh ideas and #founder that need a roadmap slide for investment decks.

Shipping fast is not a product strategy. I've seen teams ship 30 features in a quarter and wonder why growth flatlined. Velocity ≠ direction. The teams that win are the ones who can explain, clearly, why they're building what they're building and for who they’re building.

Seems like we’re building things faster, but it terms of getting in front of your target audience, a struggle if you don’t know who they are. Which is a lot of what I’m seeing, build a quick product, make it shinny with AI, but have no idea who your targeting and what problem you’re solving.
