Energy costs are on the ballot, says our @David_K_Kieve. “We are reminding voters everywhere of the connection between candidates who have enabled the Trump agenda and the pain that people are feeling around the kitchen table as they try to manage their family finances." Trump’s EPA just announced plans to roll back methane limits, allowing energy companies to waste fuel while our bills keep climbing.
58
Weakening our ability to restrict methane emissions is not only bad for the environment — it’s bad for business. Most U.S. producers have already adopted methane-reduction tech, giving them a real edge in global markets where responsibly sourced gas is in demand. Rolling back the rules rewards the least efficient, least responsible polluters and puts that edge at risk. We can and should back American industry and protect its competitive advantage without gutting environmental protections.

In the midst of his self-inflicted affordability crisis, Trump decided to let the oil & gas industry continue to waste billions of dollars-worth of extremely potent methane. Under Trump's EPA, the fossil fuel industry has already wasted $7B+ worth of planet-warming natural gas.

What does winning look like for Arizonans? We asked Dr. Amish Shah, who's running for Congress, for his take.

Climate change is reshaping life in Nevada, and our communities are feeling the consequences. Declining water levels at Lake Mead, extreme summer heat, and prolonged drought threaten our economy, public health, and way of life. On International Day of Climate Action, I’m renewing my commitment to protecting Nevada’s natural resources and building communities that can withstand a changing climate. Future generations are counting on the decisions we make today.

Nothing like a dirty, expensive coal plant kept running by the Trump administration to ruin a perfectly good beach day.

Trump granted the coal industry’s “wish list” to prop up inefficient and expensive coal plants. It’s kind of giving nepo baby…

Okay, so that wasn’t the question we asked. But energy prices have been SCARY high! President Trump’s attacks on solar and wind energy are making the affordability crisis worse for those already struggling to make ends meet. Instead of doubling down on outdated, polluting energy sources, we need to be investing in affordable, reliable and secure clean energy.

Seven in 10 Americans oppose a data center in their area. This proposal would make it harder for us all to speak up about data centers that produce harmful air pollution.

First high gas prices, now cars that burn through even MORE of it? Here’s how weakening fuel efficiency standards is about to drain your wallet.

Hurting the farmers who grow our food? Nothing "beautiful" about that. BGR Group's Kellie Adesina spoke with Young, Gifted & Green about policies that have worked against generations of Black farmers and how President Trump’s actions are making matters worse.

Raise your hand if you want to spend more on gas! Anybody?

Trump's EPA knew this pollution rollback would put our health and lives at risk, but they did it anyway. New analysis from EDF reveals the damage is even worse than the EPA estimated. Corporate polluters get a pass, while everyday families pay the price.

Only in "fantasy land" is new plastic "100% recycled." Rep. Castor calls out a bill that would allow industry to disguise it.

On the anniversary of one of Houston’s biggest climate disasters, the Trump administration repealed limits on the pollution worsening those climate disasters…and announced it in Houston…

Less food safety? Congress is considering eroding FDA’s already weak oversight of the chemicals in our food and blocking states from developing their own stronger safeguards. We joined partners and elected officials to urge Congress to keep toxics off the table and reject the misnamed FRESH and Affordable Foods Act.
