All the staff have been working incredibly hard to make sure everything is attended to, trying to make the best environment for our players we can. That being said, our aim for this organisation is to be what the players NEED. About the players. For the players. We are really happy to announce we are launching an Academy Programme. The aim of this Academy is to provide the players who do not meet the T3 criteria a place to work and develop, utilizing our support and resources to feed into those higher teams. We will work with these under-recognized players, and help train them in discipline, team play, organisation and commitment - to help prepare them for the bigger and more advanced teams in the future. Working with, promoting, and helping get their names out there. As of right now this is a solely VALORANT project, as it is a tester with just how far our outreach goes. We hope to expand this more as YOKAI grows and develops, to create a safe environment for people to enter the scene, and get the proper love and support they deserve.
