Spot markets have just been getting better at one thing: making it easier and cheaper to find someone on the other side of the trade.
We went from physical dealers, to electronic books, to crypto exchanges that finally let people trade directly. Each step cut the friction.
The problem now is that most of the liquidity is still stuck on individual chains. That raises the cost of actually finding the best price.
Euclid is built as a universal finance engine.
One settlement layer that works across chains natively, so you don’t have to keep moving capital around just to trade.
Lower search cost. Better prices.
Euclid is opening Euclidean.

Hoping every affected user is made whole.
The bigger point stands. People should be able to see where their assets are and how they move, at any moment, without having to take anyone’s word for it.
That’s why self-custody and on-chain settlement matter.
First of all, sad to see a new horrible hack targeting CEXs and over $6B in assets and its beautiful to see the entire space coming together to help freeze funds and work on making users whole. Hopefully no one will lose funds and everyone is made whole.
But, we must agree that decentralized systems allow the users to see and track movement funds instantly, and are less prone to a devOps causing billions in funds. Robust decentralized systems are the future and we need to make sure we move towards that direction powered by AI tracking and security that powers it. People who hold cryptocurrency have the right to understand how the funds exist in the underlying system.
Math and code is always more reliable than humans.
Every onchain trader knows this progress bar.
On Euclid you deposit from the chain you’re already on and trade from there.
No bridge first.
Stale prices are a pool problem.
On Euclid the book and pools share liquidity, so a fill on the book can be hedged in the pools right away.
Prices get pulled back in line fast.
Same token. Same size. Same fee.
Different price.
The spread is the cost that never shows up on the receipt.
