Exec team at UEA are closing their ears & eyes to damage already done and that will be done to OUR university if they pursue compulsory redundancies. We will keep telling and showing them. Too many colleagues have already paid the price for poor senior leadership. @UEA_UCU @ucu

That also demands a long-term financial resolution.
There is a debate in parliament next week on University Finances and I will be raising the situation at UEA with Ministers.
