The Terms now take effect on November 5th, giving us the opportunity to explain the changes clearly.
.COM’s guidelines on user-made games have also been updated: hab.bo/4dEhSw7
We know you have questions, and we’ll share more when we can.
Thanks for your patience 🙏
Habbos: a heads up from us to say that because of some urgent upgrades to our websites, we're currently unable to post articles and have been unable to for the past 48 hours or so.
we know a lot of you are waiting for announcements about Habbo events and technical updates, so thanks for remaining patient while we work through this.

I’m so excited, adorable badges as always! 🥰
Habbos: we’re aware some Collecti-Matic recycles are failing, with Emeralds or items not making it back to wallets 🔧
this looks linked to issues with the IMX API.
if you're still missing your stuff after 24 hours, contact Customer Service on your local hotel.
Thanks again for your patience with us on this 🤝
update: most affected Collecti-Matic recycles have now been fixed, and refunds and re-mints have been sent to wallets ✅
we’re checking a small number of remaining cases individually before we re-mint them. if you’re still missing something, make sure to contact Customer Service via your local hotel's help pages
