Rockstar just forced Discord and Microsoft to hand over personal information... real names, emails, phone numbers, IPs, device IDs... to hunt down the GTA 6 leaker. A multi-billion dollar company turning tech platforms into informants and doxxing tools the second someone pisses them off. This is the same company that milked a dead game for over a decade with GTA Online’s predatory microtransactions, shark cards, and endless FOMO. The same company that now wants $100 for a digital code that can expire and be revoked whenever they feel like it. You’re not buying a game. You’re renting it. Now they’re doing the exact same playbook with GTA 6 digital-first, physical “disc” that’s just a download code, Ultimate Edition paywalls for content already in the files. CyberLeek has been leaking gameplay, the full map, flying, driving, shooting, and even footage that proves they have a playable build. And instead of fixing their own house, Rockstar goes nuclear on privacy. Yes, I know the fanboys are about to flood in screaming “but it’s theft!!” I don’t care. I’ve been calling out the red flags on this company for years and I’ll keep doing it. Greed has consequences.
