DC Comics superhero Swamp Thing has lurked at the murky edges of the DC universe since his comic debut in 1971, squelching through pop culture in comics, film, and television adaptations for over fifty years. 🧪 Imprint Films takes us down to the marshlands with the SWAMP THING COLLECTION (1982 - 1990) to celebrate the legend of the titular hero, featuring the 1982 film Swamp Thing on 4K UHD and Blu-ray, the 1989 film Return of Swamp Thing on 4K UHD and Blu-ray, and all five 1990 episodes of Swamp Thing: The Animated Series, upscaled from their original standard-definition masters and presented on Blu-ray for the first time worldwide. This strictly Limited Edition packaging features a large hardbox with original poster artwork, and a removable PVC slipcover with partial printing. Measuring 24 x 32cm and weighing in at 2kg, it includes a slew (or slough…) of comprehensive physical extras, including two matte-laminated posters, reproductions of the original 1982 press kit and lobby cards, reprints of the original screenplays, and a lenticular hardcase housing all five discs.
