A Brandeis study found roughly 9 in 10 graduate students aren't hostile to Jews or Israel. But about 9% are openly hostile to Jews, 11% to Israel, and 16% say Israel has no right to exist. Read the full report: bit.ly/3TYv3l0

Black and Jewish Leaders of Tomorrow kicked off its Fall 2026 Leadership Fellowship with a Unity Dinner at the Breman Jewish Museum in Atlanta. Students from Atlanta-area colleges came together for remarks from Dr. John Eaves and honest table conversations about Black and Jewish relations over a kosher-style meal. ICC is proud to support students building bridges and leading together. 🤝

“For months, we have been demanding answers about billions of dollars in foreign funding flowing into American universities without adequate transparency or accountability. After six delays, the public was finally about to get those answers, until universities went to court to keep them hidden. The public deserves to know not only what country this money comes from, but who is actually providing it. Without the identities of the foreign governments, state-controlled entities and other institutions behind these billions of dollars, students, parents and taxpayers cannot fully understand who may be seeking to influence American higher education – including whether foreign funding is contributing to the anti-Semitism and harassment Jewish students are experiencing on campus. Universities have been required to disclose significant foreign gifts and contracts for decades, yet serious gaps in reporting and enforcement remain. Public disclosure provides an important layer of accountability that has been missing for far too long. The court should reject efforts to keep these foreign funding sources hidden and allow the Department of Education to provide the transparency that the public deserves.” - @Klmarcus, Chairman and CEO of @brandeiscenter
Today, @brandeiscenter filed an amicus brief in Association of American Universities (AAU) v. U.S. Department of Education supporting the Department’s effort to publicly disclose the identities of foreign entities providing billions of dollars in gifts and contracts to American colleges and universities. The filing comes after the Department of Education delayed releasing the information six times over nearly three months, despite repeated demands for transparency from the Brandeis Center. When the Department finally prepared to release the information on October 2, AAU sued to block disclosure, winning a temporary restraining order from a federal judge just hours before the scheduled release.  The Brandeis Center is now stepping into the legal battle to fight for the public’s right to know who is funding American universities. The Brandeis Center argues that the public has a right to know about significant foreign funding of American universities from foreign governments, state-controlled entities and other institutions. The brief also argues that the AAU has failed to substantiate its claims that this information is confidential or that its disclosure would cause the foreseeable harm required to prevent disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). HORRIFIC: On the anniversary of the October 7 massacre, students at @ucdavis chanted in support of Hamas’s Al-Qassam Brigades and its deadly terror attacks against Israeli civilians. How depraved do you have to be to celebrate the massacre of innocent civilians…especially on the anniversary of the massacre?! Video: Davis Antisemitism Report on YouTube

On October 7th, students across the country transformed campus spaces into places of remembrance. Proudly supported by ICC microgrants, students led their communities by listening to survivors, holding vigils, creating art, educating peers, and honoring the names of the innocent lives lost in the October 7th attacks.

🚨 DISTURBING: Pro-Hamas protesters praised October 7 terrorists outside Oregon Hillel and demanded “Hillel off campus” on the third anniversary of the October 7 massacre. They also burned an American flag. Days earlier, antisemitic posters targeted Hillel director Lenny Steinberg as an “enemy of the people.”

🚨 The Department of Education is expanding its antisemitism investigation into Swarthmore College after the Swarthmore SJP account reposted a video showing an Israeli soldier’s effigy burning alongside “Long Live Al-Aqsa Flood” (Hamas’s name for the October 7 massacre). Although Swarthmore revoked SJP’s recognition in 2025, federal investigators will examine whether the college failed to meaningfully respond to antisemitic harassment in violation of Title VI.

Columbia claims zero tolerance for terrorism or support for violence, yet students regularly display Hamas symbols on campus and glorify known terrorists with no consequences. That's not zero tolerance. Administrators think they can just turn a blind eye. It's disgraceful.
Yesterday at the Sundial, a vigil for "martyrs" took place with approval from @Columbia administrators. Among the photos displayed was one of Anas al-Sharif, the head of a Hamas terrorist cell responsible for advancing rocket attacks on Israeli civilians. The vigil also featured the red triangle, a symbol Hamas uses in its propaganda videos to mark targets for attack. Its use reveals the true intentions of those who displayed it. We support students' rights to mourn the loss of innocent Palestinian life. But one of the most troubling trends to emerge on campus is the outright celebration of Hamas as "freedom fighters." Grieving the innocent and glorifying terrorists are not the same thing, and a university community should be able to tell the difference.
