I'm a big idea guy,a nd I have to fight the "urge of urgency" all the time, because I'm not known for my patience.🤷 But I have learned over the years that surrounding yourself with the right people is worth the wait. I'm grateful to work with some of the best. #leadership

A long-overdue Altieri Farm Update! We know how to make everything fun. 💥 #farmupdate #downonthefarm #familytime #farmlife #grandchildren

A whole TED talk in 3 sentences.

My wife, Alisha, knows how to make the moments count like no one else. She is a rare find in today's fast-paced, always-too-busy world. She keeps me and the whole family grounded, supported, and never doubting her fierce love and loyalty.

So, we're in Estes Park, CO, doing some hiking and other things this weekend, and we noticed this building has FlexScreens! I love seeing our screens "in the wild" like this. It always seems a little surreal, and I don't think that feeling will ever change for me! @FlexScreenUSA

The house. The boat. The lakefront. All the work goes into making a place like this. It was never really about any of that. It was about moments like this. This is the good stuff. ❤️ #papajoe #grandchildren #familytime #weekendvibes #lakelife

Logan, my future son-in-law, came back from lunch to find this taped to his computer monitor... I mean - I have no idea how it got there. 🤷🏽‍♂️ (Seriously, it wasn't me, but I feel like he needs to know that it could have been...)😎 #girldad #futuresoninlaw

No farm updates recently because we've shifted to making memories on the lake for a while! 🤟🏼🏄🏼‍♂️ (And I love how our tribe champions and encourages each other in everything we do!) #lakelife #makingmemories #grandkids #mavandme #familytime #wakesurfing #boating

A little reminder on this holiday weekend about the importance of slowing down and just taking life in - courtesy of my grandkids. Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸 Whatever you're doing, I hope you find some time to relax and enjoy the little things. #familytime #holidayweekend

No matter how big FlexScreen gets, I don't think I'll ever get used to seeing the brand represented "in the wild." This is one of those things that will always catch me off guard in the best way and remind me to be grateful every day. #flexscreen

I get a little personal in my latest blog because this is something I need to remind myself of on the regular. Read "The Gift That Exposed Me" on the blog page of my website. #DWM #leadershipblog #vulnerability #leadership See less

We don't use outhouses anymore, but we're still using aluminum window screens? That's so 1907...

Farm Update! A day filled with exploration, and a night filled with fire trucks... 😬 Always an adventure down on the farm! #farmupdate #farmlife #altierifarm #familytime #firetrucks

Moving is a whirlwind of activity and busyness. There's just no way around that. But it pays to slow down and notice the world outside of the mess. You never know what you'll find down on the farm. 🪺 #farmlife #altierifarm #familytime #babybirds

Today was moving day - and what a day it was! Here's a small look into some of the day's chaos! #altierifarm #farmupdate #family #movingday
