The Buoy to Bay Documentary Trailer is now Live!
youtu.be/qzaI4ged0Bs
Put a lot of work into it, and even more work on the documentary, can wait for y'all to see it.
Dates are coming soon.
T-Shirts go on sale 10/18/2026 at 3PM EST.
Here is Orlando.
Just about 70% coverage of the land area and is pretty close to the population as well.
Tampa may be delayed, but well see, hopefully tomrrow.
Shout out to @Tesla_App_iOS for beating me to it! Pretty dang close!

One final post on the @robotaxi Orlando geofence, because the numbers are surprising: only 59.1% of the advertised area is actually accessible.
Granted, some dead zones just don't have realistic drop-off points, but there are several areas that have things like apartments that you can't get rides to/from.
Big thanks to @koby_pierce for kicking off this research! He's currently working on an interactive map for you all to explore, and he’s diving into @Waymo next to see how the competition compares.
Here is Miami!
The accuracy of each city has been getting better. Waymo is very soon.
61% of the Land Area, 67% of the population. Railroads seem to be a major contributor to the middle section and most of the residents.
Here is the true Pickup/Dropoff Geofence for Dallas.
It's a really good geofence. There are some holes, but most don't really matter.
The geofence covers ~89% of residents while only covering 78% of land mass.
More stuff in replies ⬇️
Railroad crossings and railroads have a impact, but it's not too bad. There are certain areas that are impacted more than others.
Railroad map:
I overlayed some of the Railroad tracks onto the Houston Geofence and it really seems they're avoiding them pretty hard in Houston.
No other city I've tested so far has been like this.
Working on a website to allow you guys to better explore the Real useable Geofences soon. With overlays such as Crime Rate, Railroads, Population, etc.
Austin's dropoff/pickup Geofence is ~41% smaller than advertised.
Seems mostly the East side of town is inaccessible. Unsure the cause. Any ideas?
Dallas is next and should be done by noon tomrrow.
Next in Line for Robotaxi:
- Dallas, TX (Nov 4, ~noon)
- Miami, FL (Nov 5, ~noon)
- Orlando, FL (Nov 6, ~noon)
- Tampa, FL (Nov 7, ~noon)
Not sure I'll do the Bay Area since it's still unsupervised, but if it's a popular request I will.
