Once infected, there appears to be a small incubation period where players are unable to infect others. We believe this is currently around 24-36 hours, but may get faster as the infections mutate.

Dracula and Kid Omega now gain the Power a card had the moment it was destroyed or discarded, matching Venom. No more 0 Power off a big Knull. Dracula picks up a point (4/1 to 4/2) since he loses the Apocalypse bonus.
