One of the greatest pains a mother can face is losing her child, especially one who was not even born yet. It pains me deeply to see Pingjun suffering again and again. One decision can lead to a bigger consequence or a bigger reward. We do not know where our actions today will lead us, so who are we to judge her pain and suffering?

the general consensus right now is that mangotv clearly underestimated how well the drama would perform, so they didn’t prepare much promotional material and are now trying to find anything new they can release
the drama is already number 1# in cvb daily average ratings, overall viewership average, and kuyun daily average ratings for the entire year of 2026, with still one week of broadcast left, but it’s not because of their promotional efforts that’s for sure
i’ve watched many mangotv dramas this year, and there are photoshoots, couple videos, interviews, and in many cases even a mini four-episode variety show. but aside from the offline event, we’ve gotten nothing. even the diary entries have stopped, right when it would’ve been so nice to read yepingjun’s pov about everything she went through and her pregnancy… smh they can’t even post posters consistently
i’m grateful for any material we can get, but it really feels like mangotv was prepared for an okay broadcast and then got caught completely off guard by the drama’s success… but shouldn’t you actively try to ensure a drama succeeds through promotion instead of just assuming how well it will perform and then acting shocked when it does much better than expected? smh
