Congratulations to the entire Indian contingent at the U-20 World Athletics Championships, who gave their best for the country and returned not just with medals, but so much of exposure and experience of competing with international athletes. Keep building on this momentum! 🇮🇳
A first of many for Basant Kumar Meghwal and Shahnawaz Khan, who won Silver and Bronze at the U-20 Worlds in the Men’s High Jump and Long Jump, respectively. Kudos to them and the team behind the scenes working with such incredible talent! 🇮🇳
Always a great feeling to see Indian athletes competing and winning at the International level, this one is little more special for me as a javelin thrower. Super proud of you Ashish on your Silver at the U-20 Worlds, this is just the start! 🚀 🇮🇳
Every child deserves an opportunity to discover and showcase their talent.
After two seasons as Ambassador, I'm excited to begin a new chapter as Co-Owner of UBS Athletics Kids Cup.
I look forward to sharing my experiences with children, teachers and schools, and inspiring more youngsters to embrace sport.
The more children play, the greater the chance of creating future champions. 🇮🇳
