There is good suffering and bad suffering. Going to the gym? Good suffering. Being lazy when you know it’s just going to make things worse? Bad suffering. Suffer or suffer. Good suffering leads to less bad suffering and eventually no suffering!

Ironic how darkness lead me to light. Experiencing evil lead me to Jesus. Not just the evil done to me but most especially to everyone. It’s hard to believe I was an atheist for 10 years…
