I have received a letter from the PSNI relating to the peaceful protest on the Garvaghy Road and I will attend an interview in the period ahead. Standing up for what is right is always the right thing to do. There is no going back. Not now. Not ever.

What kind of united Ireland do we want to build? Caoilfhionn Ní Dhonnabháin’s new book puts equality, solidarity and the public good at the heart of that debate. A hopeful challenge to think beyond the limits of the Ireland we know. Get your copy here: sinnfeinbookshop.com/product…

Nurses, teachers and workers who keep Ireland moving are being forced onto the streets to demand fair pay, while those at the top continue to get more and more from this government. Sinn Féin stands with our workers and will keep fighting until they get what they deserve.

Listening to Sarah and many others today, it is clear that this government has failed workers and families yet again in the Budget. This was an opportunity to put ordinary Irish people first and make life more affordable. They chose not to. I’ll keep fighting your corner and work to build an Ireland that puts you first.

Another Budget delivered by this government that shows they are not on the side of ordinary Irish people. I’ll keep fighting to put workers and families first and show what can be done to make life more affordable with real leadership and the right choices.

The government’s Budget can be summed up in 5 simple words: Gone before you get it. This was an opportunity to put workers and families first and make life more affordable. Instead, it leaves ordinary Irish people behind. Workers and families deserve a government that shows leadership and acts to make a real difference in their lives. Sinn Féin has your back. We will keep fighting your corner and working to build an Ireland that puts you first.

Minister Helen McEntee needs to come before Dáil next week and answer questions. The treatment of Garda whistleblowers has raised serious questions for the Government and senior ranks of An Garda Síochána that must now be answered.

Government must cut tax on petrol, diesel and home heating oil as costs go through the roof. Sinn Féin’s proposals would make a real difference for workers and families and get costs down. I’m going to keep doing all I can to fight your corner and put you & your family first.

The Marine Hotel in Ballycastle packed tonight for the launch of Philip McGuigan’s North Antrim Assembly election campaign. Philip McGuigan is a leader, who has a strong record of delivering for workers, families and communities across North Antrim. In the Assembly and Council elections next May, every vote for Sinn Féin will be a vote to stand up against those who seek to block change and delay progress. You can elect the biggest ever Sinn Féin team and send a clear and strong message that change is happening and that change is unstoppable. Together, we can win in North Antrim.

Carbon tax must be scrapped from home heating oil to reduce the cost of filling your tank. Next week will be the 7th time since March that I have brought forward this proposal to the Dáil. Despite government refusing to listen, I have kept the pressure on. Today, they are finally talking about taking action. But families shouldn’t have to wait any longer. I have produced the legislation that shows this can be done without delay - cutting the cost of home heating oil and keeping money in people’s pockets. Sinn Féin will keep fighting for real action that puts workers and families first.

The government must recall the Dáil and stop the planned tax increases on petrol and diesel on September 1st. People going to work, getting their children to school and going about their daily lives should not have to pay even more at the pumps. It’s not fair. Sign our petition now and send a clear message to this government: they must listen and act: tinyurl.com/stop-fuel-hikes
