Dr. Chris Martenson: Attacks on Russian energy infrastructure and the war on Iran are a COORDINATED ATTACK on global energy infrastructure
‘On 28 February, the United States struck Iran with Israel. Then on 2 March, Ukraine, all on its own, really started attacking Russian energy infrastructure, hitting oil depots and refineries really hard, so we saw those two things come together at the same time.
Obviously, somebody thought this through and said, “If we’re going to strike the energy infrastructure in the Gulf region, we might as well hit Russia’s at the same time.” This took out Saudi Arabia, the number one world exporter of both oil and oil products, and the number two world exporter, which is Russia.
So we actually have a very coordinated attack on the world’s energy infrastructure, which is a way of saying, in a derivative fashion, that we’re seeing a coordinated attack on future food production for the world.'

‘The United States can lash out, it can cause some damage, but it can’t really change the order of the war or Iran’s geopolitical or even geographical significance. It’s got mountains, and it’s right there at the centre of it all.
The United States has been reporting that more oil has been sneaking through, not oil products, but oil. Even so, we are still in the midst of the largest energy shock the world has ever seen. Global above-ground oil stocks are down well over a billion barrels, and that’s going to have to be made up at some point in the future.
Even if peace broke out tonight, it’s unclear how long it would actually take to rebuild all of those damaged energy infrastructures, and what happens when we bring back online some of these fields that had to be shut down rather urgently when the associated gas-oil separating plants got struck.
It’s going to take a year at least, and this is still the largest energy shock in history.'

That’s monumental, and it shows again the repudiation of this draconian authoritarianism, the fascism, big tech, the data centres, the culture war, the wars. All of Americans see it for what it is, but it’s not going to translate to any sort of policy change.
And the Democrats are going to do what they do best, which is co-opt these these movements, mobilise them into just a voter base, and just go with more of the same. Because right now they’re locking down with their self-preservation, and we saw what they did to Angie Nixon in Florida.
A Democratic Socialist that was anti-Zionist, was this close to actually popping off a blue seat in Florida. And Chuck Schumer said he’d rather not. He’d rather not because he’s that scared of anti-Zionism.
So we already see where their loyalties are, and we see what they’re willing to give up to hold on to their power and their allegiances. And it’s going to be another huge disappointment for the American people moving forward.’
