I think the aircraft emerged out of clouds in clear view of Japanese carriers with ammunition being loaded. So it was good luck Cipher thing may also be true and was a general Intelligence failure of Axis throughout different parts of the War Manstein would’ve won Kursk had secret plans not been captured by Russians U-Boats wouldve wrecked had Enigma not been cracked
Replying to @bvlldhist_
IIRC, the americans had cracked the japanese naval cypher. I doubt Midway was an "accident".

Kyoto City was running a survey to understand demographic use cases and optimise the bus routes. Love to see it.

Visited the Yamato (Battleship) Museum in Kure yesterday. Can never get over the whole concept of Japs realising before time they'd been left behind by the West and inorganically upgrading themselves in industry, military etc to become a great power.

Tell Sam Altman that I use my 64GB of RAM to run print("Hello, World!"). I want him to know it's me.
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman believes people owning RAM is wasteful, and that it belongs in data centers instead. "From a global allocation perspective, actually, it’s quite terrible to have everyone have a bunch of the world’s limited supply of DRAM sitting in their own computer."

been eating out at well rated spots in the $35k pci japan multiple times a day for 2+ weeks now in small and big cities almost every meal ive paid prices close to exactly what i pay when dining out in vg
Friend visiting from Europe was at Bandra & shocked at the cafe prices.
Burger at Veronica’s: ₹750-800
Caesar salad at Suzette: ₹720 Both places packed. How did she hear about it? Instagram. That’s how SM plays us. Everyone else is here, so it must be worth the price.

Most interesting part about Hiroshima for me is it having a six-river delta with a dense network of bridges for connectivity.

Loved this little cover to hide (yet keep accessible) the fire extinguisher at the Hiroshima Peace Museum. Proper achievement of form and function.

Halloween is massive even in a Tier 2 city like Hiroshima. Small kids to teens everyone's dressed up, public events with festive music all over. Amazing vibes.

Sure it might not show up in the TFR stats but I saw quite a few moms riding bikes with two kids (on carriers front and back) in Kyoto and it was always such a cute/badass sight.

RERA carpet area is the only home size defined in law. Many builders quote super built-up. Two flats, both ₹1 crore, both “1,000 sq ft”: one has 800 sq ft of RERA carpet area, the other 400. That’s ₹12,500 vs ₹25,000 per sq ft. relmo.co

Still blows my mind someone at Google would of came up with the idea of Google Maps / Google Earth Then suggested that they drive down every road on the planet and take pictures of it And then they actually went and did it
