I think you can tell from my shocked expression that I did NOT already know the story @retailgeek told me about him getting stuck with Jeff Bezos on 9/11 when planes were grounded while they were in a conference room negotiating for Amazon to take over running the Target website.
This was just one of a few stories that had me pulling similar faces.

His grandfather wasn't on my mind before our interview.
A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to interview @randfish about digital marketing and more for the Rundown with Ramon Business Podcast.
We started to briefly just catch up with each other, not as podcast guest and interviewer but as humans.
Rand mentioned that his grandfather, Seymour, who meant so much to Rand, passed away.
I asked Rand permission to start recording the GEM of who Seymor was and why he was so special.
