@MayorofLondon and I want London to be a city where all young people have the opportunities they need to thrive ✨
Through Mayor’s £34 million investment into the landmark New Deal for Young People, we’re funding spaces like @ReachHigherUK that help make this vision a reality 🌟
We were delighted to welcome @DepMayorLondon to our half-term youth provision, Hangouts.
Thank you for taking the time to visit, engage with our young people and see the work we do first-hand.
Fantastic visit to @ReachHigherUK to see a range of activities for young people – from spoken word to leadership training and mentoring 🚀
Brilliant to see the difference this support is making for young Londoners

Great to be at the Oasis Community Space opening at Oasis Academy Arena. Fab to see this amazing and much needed space open in Woodside.
Also wonderful to hear from local community organisations like @Oasis_UK @ReachHigherUK and @PalaceForLife

“At a very young age, I’ve always been an advocate for sport because it teaches kids so many values and it also points them in the right direction in life.”
A special day in South London with racing driver @racerbia visiting Laureus-supported @ReachHigherUK and taking part in one of their after-school BOXFIT sessions.
Laureus supports programmes like Reaching Higher in more than 40 countries, empowering the change-makers within communities and using the unique power of sport to bring hope, resilience and systematic change to support young people within them.

“What inspired me to get involved in #youthwork was seeing the passion and care from the youth workers for the young people. I also wanted to give back to the community and make it better because I grew up going to after school/ youth clubs.” - Nathan
