Realms Security Incident Report
We recently became aware of a phishing incident involving an expired Realms Discord invitation link.
A malicious actor claimed the expired invitation link and used it to direct users to a fraudulent Discord server impersonating the official Realms community. The attacker then attempted to deceive users through phishing links.
The Realms protocol frontend and its smart contracts were not compromised. Realms continues to operate securely, protecting the governance infrastructure and assets of DAOs across Solana.
We encourage all community members to remain vigilant and exercise caution when clicking links, connecting wallets, or approving transactions, even when interacting with seemingly trusted sources.
