Why should I feel discouraged? Why should the shadows come? Why should my heart be lonely And long for heav’n and home, When Jesus is my portion? My constant Friend is He: His eye is on the sparrow, And I know He watches me;

Day 310 of 365 The arrogance of man will be brought low and human pride humbled; the Lord alone will be exalted in that day—Isaiah 2:17 Man trying to be the master of his destiny oft is the master of his disaster. God humbles his pride, reminding him that the Lord alone is God.

When America becomes America's favorite idol, don't think it strange that God would humble America to America's knees through troubles, trials, and afflictions. In America's pride, America will actually think America is too good to be brought low by the judgment of the Lord.

You are what you eat. The more you feed on foolishness, the more you will act a fool. When you feed on the Truth, the more you will live and walk by faith. The world is becoming more and more foolish for rejecting truth and relishing foolishness.

Four things the election confirmed… 1. Politics has become an idol god. 2. Love has greatly waxen cold. 3. There is great ignorance of God. 4. Jesus is the leader we need the most!!! Repent, Church... Repent, America…

Day 309 of 365 Cursed are those who put their trust in mere humans, who rely on human strength and turn their hearts away from the LORD—Jer17:5 You cannot live a blessed life following a cursed way. Never put more hope in weak and wicked men than in the holy and Almighty God...

Carefully follow the commands and teachings that the Lord’s servant Moses gave you. Love the Lord your God, follow his directions, and keep his commands. Be loyal to him, and serve him with all your heart and soul. - Joshua 22:5

Day 308 of 365 We may make a lot of plans, but the Lord will do what HE has decided—Prov.19:21 Wise planning for the future is good. The wise always seek first the counsel of the Lord. Despite human decisions or power, what God purposed will come to pass. God has the last say.
