Orcs are evil because they are evil monsters. They are created to be evil, by an evil god, to do evil things.
They are not a placeholder for a "different culture", they are not a human analog, they are not a "minority".
They are biological constructs made to do the bidding of dark god who made them to mock the other races (elves) specifically
If your mind can't comprehend that you likely shouldn't engage with LOTR material.
[NEWS] โMarnรปkh is a character meant to challenge long-held perceptions of Orcs. Heโs such a departure from past depictions that within the production, Marnรปkh has picked up the catchy nickname, โthe Orc with an arc.โ

Kind of obvious what the real motive was no?
Stop demonizing kids for making money online or shaming them for doing YouTube, or e-commerce or building apps.

Level 1 - tells you there's a problem
Level 2 - tells you there's a problem and what caused it
Level 3 - tells you there's a problem, what caused it, and options to fix it
Level 4 - tells you there's a problem, what caused it, options to fix it, and which one they'd pick

For those who refuse to read the articles about this case. She had a babysitter coming in the mornings to check in, make lunches, get them off to school, and prep dinner for them. All the 14 year old had to do was help them get inside after school. Microwave dinner. Get kids in bed and text mom updates. This was a work trip and they threatened to fire her if she did not go. The father has abuse charges and the police handed him their kids on top of arresting her.
