Massive, multi-million-dollar social services and healthcare fraud scandals, and yet Minnesota chooses to go after @JamesOKeefeIII and @camhigby.
Any interest in going after the actual bad guys, Minnesota?

In honor of spooky season, I propose turning the Department of Education and the IRS into Spirit Halloween stores. As a matter of fact, let's make Washington the Spirit Halloween headquarters.
We need to exclude illegal aliens from Medicaid.
I have a bill that strips the enhanced 90% federal Medicaid matching rate from states that provide benefits to illegal aliens, like California.

It was great to attend the Coffee with the Senator event hosted by the London-Laurel Chamber of Commerce and London-Laurel Tourist Commission at their offices.
I met with so many local businesses, as well as tourism and community leaders. Let’s keep Kentucky small businesses thriving and our tourism booming!

Happy to see they're not letting this go.
We need to end welfare for non-citizens.
The U.S. is not a beacon for free stuff, welfare, and fraud.

The Left once claimed it was 'defending democracy.'
Now it is weaponizing the justice system against journalists like @JamesOKeefeIII and @camhigby, who are trying to PROTECT DEMOCRACY by reporting election irregularities.
James Edward O’Keefe, 42, and Cam Higby, 26, both face felony charges of unlawful voting and identity theft.
Polling places are the heart of our democracy. Any attempt to disrupt or deceive our election workers will not be tolerated.

The more left-leaning the policies, the higher the cost to taxpayers. Socialism is not the solution to affordability; it is, in fact, the polar opposite.

Have you ever visited Big South Fork Scenic Railway in Stearns, KY?
We did earlier today and loved seeing this historic train in action!
But the Left will claim there’s nothing to see here.

Living in the United States illegally for years doesn’t override the detention laws Congress passed, and breaking the law for a long time certainly doesn’t earn you the same rights as American citizens.
Big win out of the Fifth Circuit.
The Fifth Circuit just handed the Trump administration a major weapon heading into a Supreme Court showdown over immigration detention.
In a sweeping en banc ruling, the appeals court held that illegal immigrants who were never formally admitted to the U.S. have no constitutional right to individualized bond hearings while awaiting deportation — even if they've lived in the country for years or decades. The court found that ties to communities and long residence do not create due process protections under the Fifth Amendment.
The decision lands as the Supreme Court prepares to hear Rhoney v. Barbosa da Cunha, a closely related case that will resolve a 9-2 circuit split over whether mandatory-detention laws apply to longtime immigrants arrested inside the country. Legal experts say Friday's ruling could directly influence the justices by neutralizing a key argument against the government: that its reading of federal law would be unconstitutional.
