Was absolutely delighted today to join our Enterprise Business team as we launched @mtnug-@Starlink for Business service at @LibraIntlschool. The excitement on the students faces told it all. 😃 As we interacted, my message to them was simple: Your dreams should never be limited by where you come from or the resources available to you. In today’s digital world, access to the internet is access to knowledge, opportunity and possibilities. It means a student in a rural classroom can access the same information as a student anywhere else in the world. It also means learning is no longer confined to the four walls of a classroom. But connectivity alone is not enough. What matters most is what we do with it. I challenged the students to be curious, to embrace technology, to keep learning and, most importantly, to dream BIG! Because the future will belong not simply to those who have access to technology, but to those who use it to solve problems, create opportunities and make a difference. #MTNStarlinkEverywhere #DigitalInclusion

At @mtnug, our belief is that everyone deserves the benefits of a modern connected life. Through our partnership with @Starlink, we are complementing our existing network investments to bring more connectivity options to organisations in remote and underserved areas. This will empower businesses, strengthens institutions and enable essential services to reach more. Hence my excitement today, with this launch we are one step closer to making that vision a reality. So here is to connecting more than classrooms. Here’s to connecting dreams, potential and possibilities! 💛 Together, We Are Unstoppable. #MTNStarlinkEverywhere #DigitalInclusion

We spend so much time asking our people how they’re performing. But how often do we ask how they’re doing? This #WorldMentalHealthDay, a reminder that caring for people and driving performance are not competing priorities. We don’t just lead businesses. We lead people. And people matter. 💛 #MentalHealthMatters #Leadership #MissionFirstPeopleAlways #UnstoppableYou My reflections on Linked In linkedin.com/pulse/we-ask-ou…

It’s always so refreshing, and humbling, to listen to our customers. This #CustomerServiceWeek, I stepped out of my office and into the @mtnug Call Centre to spend time with our customer service team, listen in on customer calls, and personally call a few customers just to say thank you. 💛 Nothing quite replaces hearing directly from the people we serve; what we’re getting right, where we’re falling short, and where we need to go the #ExtraMile. One of my favourite moments was speaking to Moses Mudola from Jinja, who has been an @mtnug customer for 27 years! As we chatted, he called me “my daughter”, an endearment that genuinely warmed my heart. 🥹💛. Moments like these remind me that behind every number and every connection is a person, a story and, sometimes, a relationship that has grown with us over many years. To our customers, thank you for choosing us, for growing with us, for your feedback and for keeping us on our toes. 😅 And to our customer service teams who listen, solve and serve every day, thank you for always going the #ExtraMile. Happy #CustomerServiceWeek! 💛 #TogetherWeAreUnstoppable

It was wonderful having SVP @EbenAsante_ and the MTN Uganda Exco team with us in Rwanda over the past few days. More than anything, it was a valuable opportunity to connect, learn from one another and take a moment to reflect on the journey we are on together as part of the MTN Group. We shared experiences from our different markets, exchanged perspectives, and had honest conversations about what we can continue to do better — together. These moments remind us that while we may operate in different markets, we are connected by a shared purpose, a shared ambition and the spirit of being one Y’ello family. Thank you, MTN Uganda, for spending these past few days with us. We leave with new perspectives, renewed energy and an even stronger connection.

A closed hand can never give; but neither can it receive.💛 Two years ago, I met Night, a determined woman selling watermelons from an old pickup to support her family. We surprised her with a new truck, and her joy was unforgettable. This week, I saw her again, and she’s still thriving: the same bright smile, the same unstoppable spirit, and a growing business built through hard work. 🍉💪🏾 Night reminded me that generosity is more than a gift. It’s an opportunity; something someone can build on and multiply. There is joy in opening our hands, hearts, and opportunities to others. Keep going, Night. We are rooting for you! 💛🍉 #UnstoppableYou #WomenEntrepreneurs #TogetherWeAreUnstoppable

Yesterday, I joined leaders from industry, academia & government at the 10th National Communication Conference to discuss an important question: How do we move Uganda from connectivity to commerce? Connectivity is the foundation, but connecting people is not enough. We must also address the barriers to meaningful participation; affordable smartphones & data, digital skills and relevant digital services. Because the real opportunity is not simply getting more Ugandans online, but the transformation that happens once they are there: learning, finding work, building businesses, accessing services and participating more fully in the economy. Our progress should therefore be measured not only by how many people we connect, but by what that connectivity enables them to do. Connectivity → Participation → Commerce → Inclusive Growth. 🇺🇬 [2/2] #TogetherWeAreUnstoppable #NCC2026 #DigitalUganda @UCC_Official
