This shot from Studio Ghibli and Miyazaki's Castle in the Sky is an excellent example of weight mechanics in animation. When the mechanics make sense from a physics perspective, the motion itself is believable.

Amazed at this short from That Gray Cartoon Pony! The secondary character (interviewer) never shows his face in the short, but there is just enough acting and pantomime in his hands that we can clearly read his emotions. Plus some other fun details!
