Meet Iskander Malikov, our co-founder and CEO. @IskanderXBT has spent his career working where sophisticated technology meets everyday users. For close to twenty years, he worked in financial markets, helping bring retail users onto platforms that changed how people trade and invest. His work with TradingView was built around one goal: putting professional market tools, the kind once reserved for specialists, into the hands of everyday traders. With Binance, the challenge became global. His focus was international expansion and adoption, which meant taking a technically complex product into new countries, adapting it to local expectations and building the commercial and operational foundations that allow it to scale. Across those years, he kept seeing the same pattern. The technology was usually ready long before ordinary people could use it. Products had to be easy to use, affordable, easy to reach and trusted. That experience taught him a lesson he still builds on today: innovation creates opportunities, but adoption creates industries. When generative AI went mainstream, he saw the same challenge again. New models were arriving every month, each one strong at something different, from coding and research to images and video. To get real value from them, people had to compare models, follow every release and connect several apps on their own. AI was becoming more powerful, but not simpler to use. So in January 2026, he founded Trioma. Today, Trioma is an agentic AI platform built around orchestration. It is not a catalogue of models, and the number of models is not the point.
