Productive day on Capitol Hill! Appreciated the opportunity to visit with members of the Texas delegation – Sen. @JohnCornyn, Rep. @TXRandy14, and @RepBrianBabin – on UTMB’s federal research priorities, including how the Galveston National Laboratory (GNL) is a critical component of our country’s biodefense strategy. Also, greatly enjoyed the opportunity to participate in SIP’s Global Brain Health and Longevity panel in the Russell Senate Building – UTMB continues to develop and deliver on advancing brain health for Texans.
