Unforgettable moments of the APC presidential campaign flag-off in Kaduna. The show of support rankles ‘bad belle’ ADC opposition leaders, who pushed the false narrative that President Tinubu would be unwelcome anywhere in northern Nigeria. Kaduna put them to shame. Thanks, Governor Uba Sani, for the colourful show.

TINUBU IS REVIVING NIGERIA’S GINGER INDUSTRY AND SOUTHERN KADUNA IS FEELING THE IMPACT
1: Southern Kaduna remains the heart of Nigeria’s ginger production, with Kachia, Jaba, Sanga, Jema’a and Kagarko at the centre of this vital agricultural sector.
2: Under President @officialABAT via the MD @bankofagricng @ayosotinrin has intensified efforts to revive the ginger industry, with 3,400 farmers benefiting across 15 clusters and promising harvests emerging from the intervention.
3: This is what purposeful federal intervention looks like: restoring farmers’ confidence, supporting agricultural production and creating renewed opportunities for rural livelihoods.
4: I recall our earlier intervention, when I was physically present in Kachia and witnessed firsthand the importance of supporting our ginger farmers.
5: Governor Uba Sani’s commitment to agricultural development in Southern Kaduna, farmers are getting renewed hope and opportunities to rebuild their businesses. @ubasanius
6: The Ginger farmers will vote @officialABAT and @ubasanius back to office.
7: From Kachia to the nation, ginger farmers are working towards better harvests, stronger incomes and smiles all the way to the bank @Better_Kaduna @NGfmafs @officialSKSM @DepGovKaduna @ahmedmaiyaki @_hafsat_paki @Hindatu___ @MOIKaduna @KadunaMOAgric @Mal_Rili @BashirSZuntu @OzoMusty @Abdool85 @FOLVSHO @UbaSaniMedia_ @Abdulma98536614 @AShammeh

Opposition Is Not Campaigning, Just Reacting To Us — Uba Sani
The people in the North have seen significant improvements in education, infrastructure and security. The opposition is not campaigning; they are waiting for us to campaign and then reacting. There is only one party currently putting in the work.

The people that came out yesterday show to everybody that the people of northern Nigeria appreciate what President Tinubu has done for the north in the last three and a half years. The number of people on the street, not to mention people around the venue of the rally, was more than 500k people.

Kaduna, thank you for the overwhelming welcome today as we flagged off our APC 2027 Presidential Campaign.
Three years ago, you gave me the privilege of serving as your President. Today, you filled this city again, hundreds of thousands of you from across the North, and I felt the warmth of your support. It was good to return with Vice President Kashim Shettima @officialsksm and our wives to a city that carries so much of our nation’s history.
I remembered the founding leaders who gathered here before independence and prayed that Almighty Allah grants them forgiveness and eternal peace. Then I spoke to you plainly, because you have heard enough speeches.
My opponents talk about hunger and poverty. I asked the crowd today who created these problems. They did. We are the ones working to eradicate them. The subsidy racket, fraudulent invoices and fuel smuggling are firmly behind us, and there is no going back. We confronted what we inherited with courage and political will, and we are building an economy that rewards hard work and creates opportunities for our people.
I know the road has been hard. I hear you. Your sacrifices will not be in vain, and I will not rest until the progress we are making is felt in your homes, your businesses and your pockets.
Our progressive governors are building roads, hospitals, schools and markets across their states, supported by increased revenues from the reforms we undertook. Salaries are being paid regularly, and development is taking shape. I am proud of what they are delivering for our people.
On January 16, 2027, come out with your PVCs and give Vice President Kashim Shettima and me the mandate to finish what we started. Your future is in your hands, and your fingerprints at the ballot will help determine it.
Thank you, Governor Uba Sani @ubasanius, for a befitting start to our campaign. Thank you, Kaduna, for standing with us once again.

It was a profound honour for Kaduna State to host the historic flag-off of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign, an occasion that affirmed the strength of our party, the cohesion of our leadership and our shared resolve to secure a second term for His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
The presence of governors, party leaders, stakeholders and supporters lent this gathering exceptional significance. Above all, the multitude of citizens who lined the streets from the airport to the stadium to welcome Mr President gave eloquent expression to their confidence in his leadership. Their reception conveyed a message whose meaning was unmistakable: the bond between the President and our people remains strong.
Across Kaduna and the wider North-West, the Renewed Hope Agenda finds practical expression in investments in infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, transportation and other critical sectors. These interventions speak to the everyday concerns of our citizens and the enduring aspirations of our communities. They have strengthened public confidence and deepened our conviction that the progress already achieved must be sustained and consolidated.
We recognise that continuity carries a responsibility: to build upon these foundations with renewed purpose, sustained commitment and an unwavering focus on the wellbeing of our people. This is the spirit in which we approach the task ahead. Our unity must now find expression in collective endeavour.
From Kaduna, our message is clear and unequivocal: the North stands firmly with President Tinubu. United in purpose and resolute in conviction, we are prepared to mobilise our people for a decisive victory in January 2027.
Together, we will work to secure his renewed mandate and advance the promise of a stronger, more prosperous Nigeria.

If you were in Kaduna today, you would understand that campaign mode has been fully activated, and Governor Uba Sani has been a gracious host for the flag-off of the presidential campaign. The opposition may continue consoling themselves with AI-generated images, but the streets and the venue were packed, and the atmosphere was electric. We were on the ground to witness it all. The elections are upon us, and it is left for the opposition to match this energy and allow Nigerians to decide. Hats off to #ArewaForAsiwaju #A4A.

"Again, when we came in in 2023, Mr. President, in Kaduna State alone, we had eight local governments that were prone to insecurity. More than 300 schools were closed because of insecurity, and more than 150 primary healthcare centers were closed. Today, I am happy to inform you that all those schools and primary healthcare centers have been reopened, Mr. President.
Furthermore, Mr. President, I want to draw your attention to two major promises you made. You promised to reconstruct the Zaria–Suba–Pambegua road. Our Speaker, Tajudeen Abbas, had been clamoring for that road since 2011. Only this time around, Mr. President, have contractors been mobilized. As we speak, the Zaria–Suba–Birnin Gwari project is ongoing, and we thank you, Mr. President, for this very important intervention.
Mr. President, on behalf of the people of Kaduna State, I also want to thank you for choosing Kaduna State to be the pilot state for the metropolitan red line project in Nigeria. As we speak, Mr. President, $865 million has been approved, and the contractor, Motta Engines, informed me last week that they have been mobilized with $300 million for the Kaduna Metropolitan Red Line, which is about a 50-kilometer corridor. We remain deeply grateful to you, Mr. President.
Finally, Mr. President, I want to thank you for your intervention through NELFUND and TETFund, because the Northwest of Nigeria has benefited immensely. Today, Mr. President, the Northwest alone has benefited to the tune of 84 billion Naira from NELFUND, supporting about 414,000 students from the region. We want to thank you because most of the students who have received this intervention are children of the poor, the underprivileged, and the underserved. You have given them a future, you have given them life, and we believe education is the greatest leveler you can give to anyone. Thank you, Mr. President."
