The film follows a father who witnesses the intentional vehicular manslaughter of his son. He is unable to cope with his sonβs death and is pushed to the brink of madness when he learns that the person responsible for his death has returned to the city. Angry and seeking revenge, he slowly starts to transform in a metal killing machine hellbent on killing the one responsible for taking his son.

I went into this one really excited and found myself really loving the practical effects. Just like his previous films, Ittenbach delivered on the gore with this one. The film was visually stunning with some great performances.

While there is no uniting story, the idea of seeing Mexican creatives handling uniquely Mexican themes is the whole reason to see this film. I enjoyed it as much as the original.
