🚨 Our crews have just returned from another mission! 🚨
Today, we worked with the clinical partner team @WATChTransport to safely transfer a patient and their parent in just 55mins. The same journey by road would have taken nearly 3hrs 07mins. #KeepingHopeAlive #Charity
Thank you to @ChildrensAirAmb for the Cardiff UHW to Great Ormond Street helicopter transfer today. Saved the child a very long road trip. This great weather enabling us to really utilise flight options ☀️🌞🌤️
@catsretrieval saved the day once again with the road transfer 👏👏👏
Thanks to @catsretrieval for their assistance with the road transfer to Great Ormond Street Hospital last week.
Also grateful to @ChildrensAirAmb for the flight to London which saved the patient a very long road transfer 🙏

During Mila's 22 weeks in #BristolChildrensHospital, #MusicTherapy was vital to her wellbeing.
Her mum, Carly, tells us all about their stay - and what it was like learning her daughter was fighting severe heart and lung issues.💔

Today is our last day in the Community Asthma clinic. We’ve seen 200 CYP and had fantastic feedback from users. Families really appreciate community clinics! Time to think about moving more healthcare services out of hospital? @uhbwNHS @BNSSG_ICB

Did a talk last week for @anaesthetists (aka junior anaesthetists of wales) about my slightly “portfolio” career. It turned into a bit of a top tips / life lessons thing, but as it was a tweet-lite gathering and actually I forgot a couple of important pearls, thought I’d tweet em

My daughter was transported to Bristol Royal Hospital for Children by @WATChTransport at 5 days old, she was then given this little teddy. Now at 9 months she gives him little kisses. Forever thankful for the WATCh team for their wonderful service. 💜
Thanks to @BristolAero for letting us share your fantastic venue.
