What could change if we invested in a girl's agency before violence, silence, and fear begin to define her choices?
For #sashim, a @MemprowGirls, having Choice. Voice. Power meant learning to speak up. Making informed decisions. Knowing she matters. And daring to lead.
In this video (youtu.be/qLKE1EzQPVc), she shares how she moved to being the confident leader who knows what she wants for her company.
MEMPROW builds the safe spaces, knowledge, skills, and sisterhood girls and young women need to own their choices, find their voices, and use their power.
Watch her. Share her voice. Invest in girls' agency.

#ThrowBack
Communication is not just about visibility. It is about power, voice, influence, and shifting the way communities understand the realities of girls and young women.
Last week, we participated in a strategic communication training facilitated by @WMSComms, a timely learning space that strengthened our thinking on how to communicate with clarity, purpose, and impact.
As an organisation working to advance girls’ rights, leadership, movements, and agency, we know that strong communication helps movements grow. It helps communities connect with the issues, partners understand the urgency, and decision-makers act with greater responsibility.
We shall continue with a focus on telling stories better, documenting change more intentionally, and communicating in ways that inspire action for girls and young women.
