Last night was a wonderful evening of conversation, connection, and community. It was a pleasure to join the @weareplatfform team and a brilliant group of leaders and changemakers aboard the Elizabethan on the Thames for an event exploring the role community can play in supporting mental health. A special highlight was hearing from Duke Al, whose spoken word performance and personal story powerfully demonstrated how creativity and expression can help us process, connect, and find hope. Thank you to everyone who made the evening so thoughtful and inspiring. #walesweeklondon #mentalhealth
