DSS Hands-On Lab - From Zero to ADLC: Set Up Your Agentic Dev Lifecycle with Meko in One Session
In this hands-on workshop, you'll set up the agentic development lifecycle (#ADLC) with Meko as the shared context layer.
You'll wire up a working loop in which agents plan, code, review, and test, while you own the approval gates for intent, design, and release. You'll configure #Meko so agents pass along decisions, constraints, and open questions instead of full transcripts, then see how warm handoffs cut cost and keep results consistent across runs.
You'll leave with a running ADLC setup, patterns for writing contracts and non-guarantees that #agents can be checked against, and a clear sense of where human judgment belongs when code is cheap.
Bring a laptop. No prior ADLC or Meko experience required. Certificates will be issued on completion of this course.💡

DevRel Unfiltered: What #Developers Actually Build with #Agents (and What Breaks)
Developer advocates hear the real story: not the demo, but what happens when agents meet production?
In this candid Distributed SQL Summit conversation, #DevRel leaders from F5, Qualcomm, and Pulumi will share what developers are really building, which patterns hold up, and where agents fall short in context, data, cost, and reliability.
Expect honest stories, surprising use cases, and hard-won lessons from the community. Leave knowing which approaches are worth trying, which are hype, and how to avoid the mistakes others have already made.💡

Distributed SQL Summit Customer Session: One Database for All Your Workloads - Why Admiral Consolidated onto YugabyteDB
@getadmiral previously used a document store for flexible schemas, a key-value store for sub-millisecond reads, and a column store for high-volume applications, before consolidating nearly their entire application layer on YugabyteDB.
With only a handful of applications left to migrate, James Hartig , Head of Technology at Admiral, will share why standardizing on a hosted distributed database has been crucial for a lean engineering team operating a global SaaS. 💡

Check out this new blog from Yugabyte expert Rajesh Madiwale to learn how a single LDAP directory can manage logins for both YugabyteDB Anywhere and the database. 💡
Discover how to fix the multiple login issue using LDAP. You keep all your users in one place, such as Active Directory or OpenLDAP, and YugabyteDB checks every login against it for the web console and the database.
We explain what LDAP is, how it fits into YugabyteDB, and how to set it up step by step. ✅

#CloudNative #AgenticAI #PostgreSQL
Ahead of KubeCon + CloudNativeCon, @vmblog sat down with Ajay Khanna, Chief Marketing Officer at @Yugabyte, to look at how the company is moving from #distributed #PostgreSQL-compatible databases to #AI-native data infrastructure. 🙌
In this interview, Ajay covers:
✅ What YugabyteDB does: #resilient, highly available, globally #distributedSQL for applications that can never go down, including customers like Shopify
✅ An introduction to #Meko: the unified, AI-native context engine that combines vector, SQL, memory, and graph storage behind an MCP interface
✅ Avoiding the “re-implementation cliff”: why data architecture, resilience, and #scalability are hard to retrofit after an AI prototype succeeds
✅ A live demo of Meko: data packs, shared team knowledge, conversation memory, learnings promoted to knowledge, and a seven-agent campaign management app
✅ Plus much more!

🚨 LIVE WEBINAR TOMORROW at 10AM PT! 🚨
Context is an Enterprise Asset - Why Your AI Agents Keep Starting From Zero
Marketing, sales, and support have all adopted agents fast. Each works well on its own, but no agent knows what the other agents have learned.
In this webinar, Yugabyte CMO Ajay Khanna will share his experiences building agents and detail how and why Yugabyte created Meko, the shared context layer for agents that work and learn together.
This session is aimed at marketing, sales, RevOps, and those who are accountable for agent costs and for the trustworthiness of their data. No engineering knowledge is required.
