This Saturday, November 7, in Berlin from 12:30 to 15:30, we’re hosting a private presentation of my book “More GG, More Skill”.
It’s an autobiography not only about StarCraft, esports, and the rise of the streaming industry, where I spent more than 12 years working from the early Justin.tv days (later - Twitch), but also about life itself – victories and defeats, tough choices, philosophical questions, finding your own path, volunteering, and supporting Ukraine. These are experiences and life lessons that go far beyond computer games.
Our special guest at the event will be Alex Kharchenko, @trueman_ua co‑author of my autobiography book, who will share behind‑the‑scenes stories about how we worked on “More GG, More Skill” together.
At the event, you’ll be able to buy a printed copy of the book with the authors’ signatures, as well as purchase the ebook version if you prefer digital reading.
You can expect interesting stories, live conversation and a very friendly atmosphere!
There will also be a live stream of the event for those who can’t join us in person.
Only a few spots are left!
If you’re in Berlin and want to join our community, send me a private message (PM).
I’ll be happy to see you there!

.@JamesTalarico: There is something broken in America.
Our economic system is broken. Our political system is broken. Even our relationships with each other feel broken.
That’s because the most powerful people in the world want it that way.
They want us looking left and right at each other instead of looking up at them. The real fight in this country is not left vs right, it’s top vs bottom.
Tonight we sent a crystal clear message to the people at the top: We will not be conquered.
I’ve said it before I’ll say it again, the racing / arcade racing genre is bound to see a significant rise in popularity for a multitude of reasons especially on the esports side of things
Really missing Kart Rider. Its downfall was item mode which is too similar to Mario Kart. Kart Rider has a speed mode with no items (aka less RNG) but emphasizes APM on the keyboard and drift/boost mechanics making it extremely skill based and very difficult to master.

Today we’re keeping it simple: StarCraft: Brood War, ladder games, improving skill, and of course some Special Tactics along the way.
Come join the show!
