I’m incredibly grateful to have met @beeple and gotten my Beeple Everydays Card signed by him. Not to mention, he was also wearing the ₿-R4ted pendant and chain that I gifted him when we met at the event.
This is going to be one of the highlights of @BoredApeYC Apefest 2026.

Never a dull day
Seems like someone was able to find a loophole in the @token_works APESTR contract that allows them to swap the apes that Token Strategy is holding and claim Mudwater Packs using them.
The person has been constantly dumping the packs.
I don’t really understand what these third-party platforms are up to. We’ve seen an insane number of hacks and exploits lately, yet a new one seems to pop up every couple of days.
When you’re generating millions of dollars in revenue, can’t you spend a couple of hundred thousand dollars on audits to ensure the safety of the community?
Anyway, I’ve started DCA’ing into Mudwater Packs.

- 50% - locked $TMF/ETH pool
- 16.5% creator - team wallet?

The big question for me is do the 5 funds don't get any of the tax directly? My understanding previously was the tax would be shared between the 5 funds equally? @Kingpickle (Sorry for the tag - did I have this wrong?)
Tax will play a big part in the success of this project - if we take a look at a few previous examples. We don’t fully know if any of the tax goes into the 5 fund pools - is some of the undisclosed 33.5% tax going here?
Previous 99% tax launches via Smart Launch:
Nightshades (14 Sep)
Launched 4 tokens, only 1 of 4 filled, at minute 94. The other 3 ran the full 99 minutes
Buyers paid 180.3 ETH in total. 61.5 ETH went into the token pools and 118.7 ETH (65.9%) was tax.
Card Wall (14 Aug)
Card Wall buyers paid 653.7 ETH in total. 92.5 ETH went into the token pool and 561.2 ETH (85.8%) was tax
Summary
Hope this helps! The project is pretty complex with so many values of tax, fees, enrolling, etc. If you have WL, my plan is to mint 2 seats during the 24 hour window. Keep an eye on how the token launch does. I’m looking to really fill in some of the blanks we still have on the The Prospectus page

Met the Soneium team 2 weeks ago at Token2049.
They’re now very much focused on onchain and tokenized IP. Not sure who needs to hear this but I can see some gud IPs coming to the chain.
One thing I loved about the team was how they shared their plans to invest in Web3 and support IPs.
Just know that I’m not being paid in any way for this post. These are just my honest thoughts, as my friends at Soneium are working on a lot of things especially NFTs.
The only thing I’d say is: keep an eye on Soneium as something might be coming soon.

No one got 10 Mudwater booster boxes for free or at the $99 price.
A couple of facts:
- It was 1 kit free per Ape.
- 1 Ape could buy 1 box for $99.
People posting pictures of more than 2 - 3 boxes are doing nothing but larping. They either took boxes from their friends for a picture or overpaid people in Charleston to get extra box.
The distribution was fair and square.
People spent thousands of dollars on flights and hotels to attend ApeFest. I remember flight tickets from NYC to Charleston and back costing a legit $800 whereas the usual price for a round trip is around $200.
60%–70% of the Mudwater supply went back to Apes and that too for free. Royalties are being used to buy ApeCoin and you’re still complaining about it? Lmao. Get a life.
Don’t fall for everything you see on X. Most of these people are farming engagement by showing off 5 - 10 Mudwater Booster Boxes on the timeline when in reality they don’t own more than 1 - 3 boxes.
A few people weren’t planning to come to ApeFest.
Well, they ended up coming because I managed to convince them.
Guess they’re happy now. All you had to do was be there.
