With just under 10 days to go until election day, New Mexicans are pulling out all the stops to elect a slate of inspiring candidates running to build a safer future for our kids and communities. Mark and I saw this energy first hand in Albuquerque yesterday when we joined Senator @BenRayLujan and leaders from across the state in support of Democrats up and down the ballot. I’m excited to continue working with so many determined champions.

What a day in Albuquerque with @BenRayLujan, @DebHaalandNM, and so many other great folks! New Mexico is lucky to have such tough fighters standing up for working families, and Gabby and I were proud to join them yesterday.

MAGA Republicans are counting on us to sit this one out. We're not going to let that happen. Today, we kicked off our canvass with @RahmEmanuel, @CaptMarkKelly, and @AaronDFordNV to mobilize voters and fight for Nevada's future. We're 12 days out. Every conversation matters. Every vote matters. Let's win this thing!

As a navy veteran @CaptMarkKelly knows a thing or two about keeping people safe. He knows @AaronDFordNV been a fighter for keeping Nevadans safe and holding big corporations accountable. That’s why he’s secured $1.2 billion from opioid companies and sued Meta to protect Nevada’s kids. As Attorney General, @AaronDFordNV never stopped fighting for Nevadans, and as Governor he’ll continue that fight to keep our communities safe and lower costs.

AI is already changing the way we work, and Americans are worried about their future. We need to be ready for it. My AI Horizon Fund will make sure big corporations aren’t the only ones benefiting, because AI should work for all Americans.

Too many young men don’t have good leaders and mentors to look up to. I introduced legislation this summer to help get our young men the role models they need to thrive.

It was great being in Virginia Beach to support @ElaineLuria. Elaine served our country for 20 years in the Navy and knows what it means to put service before politics. We need more people like her in Congress who will stand up for working families and get things done.

Churchill could have shortened WW2 by years if he had just “done a deal” with Hitler. George Washington could have done a deal to end the American Revolution. Zelenskyy is in good company.

This Administration is one of the most corrupt in history. Everything Trump does makes him and his rich friends even richer, meanwhile working Americans are still struggling to get by.

The young people powering Copper State Victory give me hope for our country's future. They've registered thousands of voters, and now they're helping people make their voices heard in this election. The least I could do was drop off some donuts and thank them for their work.

I was proud to stand with community leaders this morning and call out Arizona's proposition 144 for what it is: an attack on your right to vote. If you want to keep government from taking your voice and power away, then vote NO on Prop 144.

Voters in LD2 have the chance to elect Democratic leaders who know firsthand how cuts to education and healthcare have hurt Arizona families and will fight like hell to fix it. This morning, I joined them to get out the vote! 🗳️

An Egg McMuffin with OJ is now over 10 bucks. If you’re working a minimum wage job, that’s more than half an hour’s work in Arizona, and even more in many other states. Everything is more expensive in Trump’s economy.

My family knows firsthand the consequences of political violence. If we are still a country of laws, then the FBI director should have a couple of agents visit Mike Davis and ask him some questions.
This man, @mrddmia, who is suggesting I be shot, was in the mix to be President Trump's next Attorney General after he fired Pam Bondi for not prosecuting more of his political opponents. He is now at a MAGA dark money group, mobilizing death threats against me and my staff for sport. This shouldn’t be controversial: if you aid in stealing taxpayer money or directing it to enrich President Trump or his family, then you should be held accountable for that crime. That’s what I said, and I stand by it. And if you use the justice system for frivolous lawsuits used to intimidate and jail your political opponents, you should be held accountable for that via your bar status. No abuse of power and not violating the law? Then we have no problem. We know most Republican politicians are desperate to change the topic from their failing agenda. That’s how this kind of coordinated right-wing media play works. The threats and intimidation — of me, my staff, and my family — *are the point* of this kind of play. This dude and so many others are just hoping that we'll shut up in response. Not going to happen.

The rule of law still matters. I’m not surprised the most corrupt administration ever would take offense at accountability. Elissa and I know firsthand what’s at stake. Now more than ever, we are focused on defending the Constitution.
Spare me the pearl-clutching — especially from Republican Members of Congress and online MAGA grifters who have cheered President Trump's weaponization of the government against those he doesn’t like, as recently as last week. This is a subject I know something about: Less than a year ago, Trump directed the DOJ and FBI to investigate me, and then tried to criminally indict me for a 90 second video, exercising basic free speech. The same free speech you’re exercising now, lying about what I said in this clip. If not for an anonymous group of grand jury members standing up for America's laws, I’d be criminally indicted for sedition. President Trump has turned the government against people, with raucous support from you and virtually all D.C. Republicans. So spare us the manufactured outrage. America must be a place where the rule of law still matters. Those laws should apply to everyone equally. If you have aided in the corrupt use of U.S. taxpayer dollars to benefit the President or his family, or you have violated the law in order to carry out guidance from the President, you should be held accountable. And given how rampant that corruption appears to the average American, people looking to work for his Administration should realize that while the Supreme Court has granted the President immunity, it has not done the same for those who do illegal things at his behest.
