Closed @CapitalOne account. They accept CA IDs, but rejected our Ontario ID due to 'damage', citing its cut corner. No; this is a disability feature put into Ontario law in 2011 to support the blind/impaired: ontario.ca/laws/statute/08p1… Disgusting & imo ablest; plz RT. @AskCapitalOne
This isn't a normal post, but this felt worth sharing. I did communicate to the reviewer who rejected us; he would not budge even when provided this information, which he should know in the first place anyways.
