A couple of months ago, Tether did its first ever audit. Now it has doubled its excess reserves. The purpose of this is presumably to increase confidence in USDT's backing and stability. Why now?

ethereum:0x6982508145454ce325ddbe47a25d4ec3d2311933 hit a local top on August 22nd, and again on September 22nd. Is history about to repeat? If it does, then PEPE and the broader crypto market could experience a parabolic rally in the next ~48 hours.
