NASCAR in its infraction report on Hocevar states "multiple violations of the code of conduct" (which would be reason for the bigger fine)
Why bc I want professional race car drivers to conduct themselves as professionals? This sends a message. I think tough love was the appropriate response. His on track behavior was totally unacceptable not once but twice.
You’re right it’s not about me. What I said was it’s about getting the story for YOU the fans. When drivers decline interviews that makes it impossible for us to serve his fans & all race fans.
