$NVDA will invest $3 billion in $META's equity offering.
Meta plans to increase deployments of NVIDIA Vera Rubin systems and Vera CPUs, along with Spectrum-X networking and BlueField-4, to support its next-generation AI agents.
The companies are also exploring collaboration on AI agent security and monitoring.
Meanwhile, Meta has increased its common stock offering to $25 billion from $22.5 billion, bringing its current offerings to $37.5 billion, with another potential $60 billion share sale program planned for 2027.
