Cycling to @Shinbonemedical this am and saw an overweight middle aged runner with poor biomechanics- it triggered a reminder that changing exercise modes to suit body habitis and age is critical. Defiantly pursuing particularly running (with ground reaction force of 3-4X) is mad.
