🦇This one’s a big one.🦇
So proud (and yeah, a little emotional) to finally announce that I’m joining the creative team on Batman and Robin, starting with issue #25.
Batman is the reason I do what I do. So getting the chance to draw this series—with a brand-new arc, a brand-new villain, and teaming up with the amazing @PhillipKJohnson honestly a dream come true.
I’ve been sitting on this news for a while now, so I’m beyond excited to finally share it.
Here’s my variant cover for issue #25—your first glimpse at what’s coming. With @UlisesArreolaP killer colors!
Gotham’s about to blow up. 🔥🦇

DC Comics has announced DC Power: Black Lightning 50th Anniversary Special by Jenny Isabella,Brandon Thomas, and artist Fico Ossio.
"With Superman away from Metropolis, Jefferson finds himself responsible for protecting the city. Unfortunately, an old enemy plots his downfall, putting Black Lightning in a familiar position where saving the day may take more than a few lightning bolts. There’s also unfinished business in Jefferson’s personal life. With another potentially world-ending battle approaching, he wonders whether he still has time to repair his relationship with his ex-wife, Lynn Stewart. The special will explore those personal connections through its stories, bringing Jefferson together with his daughters, Anissa and Jennifer, and fellow heroes from across the DC Universe".
